Ulster handed easy Heineken draw.
Ulster have been placed in the group of “Clubs in Turmoil” in next seasons Heineken Cup draw with all clubs going through a certain amount of enforced changes at present!
Stade Français are probably the least effected club though they lost three on the bounce at the end of last season, were lucky not to lose to an Ulster development side and they have signed Palmer and Haskell which is bound to unsettle any team!
Bath, the once proud giants of the English Premiership, are now spiralling out of control with players leaving amidst drugs allegations and well documented ground share issues with the local council. They finished off last season with two comfortable defeats to local rivals Leicester.
Edinburgh have just lost their manager and will struggle to repeat last seasons performance in the Magners League and are probably just thankful that they’ll get one of their biggest crowds ever when thousands of Ulstermen make the trip across the Irish Sea to witness a rare Heineken Cup away victory.
Ulster on the other hand are sitting pretty with our new manager in place, our new facilities sold out for the next three seasons and all our star players featuring strongly on The Lions and Irish Tours. Bring them on!
The FRU predicts Ulster qualifying as the number one seeds with six comfortable victories from this group! A couple of home draws and Paris here we come!

Hey Dewi set the beer down for a minute, you got the wrong coach as we have signed Brian McLaughlin after we got you away on your Lions tour.
