Ireland 39 Barbarians 14

As you are aware we at The FRU like to publish a few words on how the Ulster boys played when they turn out for Ireland. 

I was unable to catch all the match last night but I asked one of our new “trainee reporters” to cover it for me and send me in their match report by email.

No report this morning but I was able to track them down by text and here’s their reply to my question, “Where is the report?”

“Can’t do it as I’m going on the piss to Portrush. But all the Ulster boys played well. Especially 1F.”

So there you go – you don’t really need to know any more do you?

We’re looking for a new “trainee reporter”. Open to anyone except NeilF and GerryO – as we don’t have enough space for their opinions!
